The Reviewer/Judge's Rubric and Score Card

Once student Entries are collected and sorted into Art Categories and Age Divisions, check them against the individual Category Rules for; correct dimensions, proper file formats for digital entries and lengths, clarity in contact info., the mandatory artistic statement 10-100 words, music notation or statement for Music Composition (Middle and High School)
Use the small window of time before judging to contact guardians, so their student artist can fix any issues. If an entry does not meet the specifications, you can exhibit later (to encourage participation) but, do not send them up to judging or to Council
Judging is "Blind" no names, Artistic Statement is weighted heavily and a single Judge is fine, a panel is not needed
